These terms govern your use of FeeStackBase (the site, calculators, copy, and related pages). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Estimate only — not your Seller Hub, Seller Central Fee Preview, or Etsy payout screen. Confirm rates in the platform before you list or restock.

What this site is

FeeStackBase provides free browser calculators that estimate marketplace fee stacks and optional unit profit for planning. Outputs are general information only. They are not financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or a substitute for Seller Hub, Seller Central Fee Preview, Etsy payments, Shopify admin, or any official marketplace invoice or payout.

Using this site does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or partnership relationship between you and FeeStackBase or its operators.

No affiliation with marketplaces

FeeStackBase is an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, employed by, or partners of eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, PayPal, or their parent or affiliate companies. We do not operate their seller tools or payment systems. Brand names and product names appear because sellers search for those fee stacks — not because this is official platform software or a co-branded product. Trademark owners retain their rights; mention does not imply permission or endorsement.

Estimates can be wrong

Defaults are dated public starting points (see methodology). They can lag rate changes. Your real fees may differ because of Store discounts, category exceptions, size tiers, aged inventory, promotions, coupons, refunds, holds, reserves, country-specific processing, account type, and other marketplace rules we do not fully model.

You are responsible for confirming fees, payouts, and costs in the marketplace and with your own records before you list, buy inventory, change prices, or spend money. If Hub or Central disagrees with this site, trust Hub or Central.

Your decisions are yours

Any listing price, purchase, restock, ad spend, shipping choice, or business decision you make after using FeeStackBase is yours alone. We do not recommend specific SKUs, suppliers, or strategies. We do not promise that a listing will be profitable, sellable, or compliant with marketplace policies.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause, or remove tools or rate defaults at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeStackBase and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits, lost sales, or unsold inventory
  • Bad restock or wholesale buys based on an estimate
  • Fees, penalties, reserves, or account actions by a marketplace
  • Tax, VAT, or reporting mistakes
  • Pricing, advertising, or shipping decisions
  • Data loss on your device, downtime, or third-party ad/analytics behavior
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

If a page has a wrong default or a bug, tell us via contact. We may fix rates and defects when we can; that does not mean we underwrite your P&L or accept liability for decisions you already made.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically to use FeeStackBase in the twelve months before the claim (currently $0 for free use) or (b) USD $50, to the extent such a limit is enforceable.

Acceptable use

  • Use the calculators for personal or internal business planning
  • Do not scrape, overload, or automate the site in a way that harms availability or other users
  • Do not misrepresent FeeStackBase as official marketplace software, Seller Hub, or Fee Preview
  • Do not claim we are partners of eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or PayPal
  • Do not use the site to harass, spam, phish, or break applicable law
  • Do not reverse-engineer or republish substantial site content as your own commercial product without permission

Privacy

Calculator math is designed to run in your browser. How we handle analytics, ads, and email you send us is described in privacy. That policy is part of how the site works alongside these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the site.
