Email is the path. No contact form and no account. Write about a wrong fee default, a confusing stack line, or a privacy question — we read every message that includes enough detail to reproduce.
Include the page URL and, for calculator issues, the inputs you used (price, category %, fulfillment, COGS) so we can rebuild the stack.
Good reasons to write
- Wrong eBay FVF %, per-order cutoff, international %, or managed-payments / PayPal wording
- FBA referral stub, fulfillment default, UK vs US mix-up, or storage/other line that misleads
- Etsy listing / transaction / processing defaults or reverse price hint that disagrees with Etsy
- Broken link, layout issue, accessibility problem, or copy that overpromises accuracy
- Privacy question about analytics, ads, or what stays in the browser
What we cannot help with
We cannot pull your live Seller Hub or Fee Preview, dispute a chargeback, unlock a suspended account, or tell you whether to buy a particular ASIN. We also cannot give tax, VAT, or legal advice. For billed fees and account status, use the marketplace — for a planning stack bug, use this inbox.
Before you write
Rate tables and formulas: methodology. What we store: privacy. Acceptable use: terms. Site story: about. Many “is this a bug?” questions are “Hub has a Store discount — override the percent.”
